Poacher, made by Leicestershire born filmmaker Thomas Whitworth, humanises the interconnected lives involved in the elephant extinction crisis.

Casting an eye on both sides of the fence, this suspense thriller thrusts the audience into a world where subsistence farming competes against animal welfare and conservation confronts militarised violence.
